How A Bangladeshi Criminal College Student Samia Islam Farzana R-A-P-A-D Bangladesh and Its Nation

How the Crime Samia Islam Committed Led to a Lost Opportunity for Millions in Bangladesh

In every nation, there are moments when a single case raises questions far beyond the individuals involved.

This is one of those moments.

A situation involving individuals connected to an international humanitarian initiative—reported to include 3 college students identified as Samia Islam Farzana (Student of Lalmatia Govt. Women’s College), her criminal boyfriend/husband Shahed Anwar Shadhin (Student of Adamjee Cantonment College), Samia’s criminal teen sister Jannatul Ferdous Fareha ( a student of Lalmatia Government Women’s Colleg) and their families committed serious crimes against an international NGO “ Shaker International Scholarship Programs “ ( SISP ) and with support they got from some corrupt officials in the Bangladesh governmental institution spacifically police department, PBI ( Police Bureau of Investigation ) and Bangladesh suprem court system “ and delayed justice for about 10 months is raised serious concerns about accountability, trust, and the consequences of unresolved allegations and now enters to a new era showing huge loss for Bangladesh and its nation.

At the center of this case was a humanitarian effort supported by an international nonprofit initiative, designed to serve millions of innocent, underserved people in Bangladesh, particularly vulnerable communities deemed most in need of long-term support.

For months, the situation surrounding these allegations has remained unresolved in the public eye. A case that could have been closed and put these criminal Bangladeshi college students in Jail with a two-hour investigation after 10 months even after PBI confirmed ( under pressure no choice beside confirming ) all crimes committed by these collage students no action was taken and now entered a new scary stage where the NGO and its founder lost millions of dollars, but they believe Bangladesh's loss will be bigger and unimaginable, and in the near future, after all truth is revealed, Bangladesh will bleed from damages Samia Islam Farzana caused to her country and its nation.

Operation Bangladesh - A Confidential Project Designed to Serve Bangladesh and Its Nation

Operation Bangladesh was a completely confidential humanitarian project intended to serve 5 million people in Bangladesh before serving the world. M. Shaker, the founder and man who funded Operation Bangladesh, said: I cannot delay this project any longer, as this would be considered a crime against the rest of the world. The world will be shocked when they see the result of crimes committed by Samia Islam Farzana, her dirty husband/boyfriend Shahed Anwar Shadhin, and their governmental gang VIP supporters. The most respectful word I can say is that Samia Islam Farzana R-A-P-E-D her country, Bangladesh, and her nation.

According to the founder of SISP and Operation Bangladesh, I am serving the children of God wherever they are and without condition. But in the country where law and order and its officials and criminals are in a romantic relationship together, and you can buy the police chief of the country with a thousand dollars, and criminals send their honeymoon pictures to victims of their international crimes and show their F-i-n-g finger online to an NGO founder we will not serve. We will leave, and at the same time, we will fight, and we will bring these criminals and their corrupted governmental supporters to the court of God, which means the United States courts, and we will punish them in a way no one can imagine. It is very sad that 170 million people live in that miserable, dirty justice system in a place where criminals own the police and the courts and walk the streets of Dhaka and loudly and proudly brag about it. It is a shame to Islam and humanity.

Operation Bangladesh Open Doors to Neighboring Countries
M. Shaker now opened the door of “ Operation Bangladesh “ to several Asian countries to join and get benefit from this international humanitarian project.

Operation Bangladesh, now open to 10 Asian nations, received requests from citizens of many countries to serve their underprivileged communities. Among these countries are Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines, Fiji, and more. These requests are coming from the new petition system that SISP created, called “ Shaker Global Petition System, “which allows the citizens of selected countries to request support from SISP and OB and its founder. At this moment, one of the Thailand petitions was approved by Mr. Shaker for 100,000 individuals to enter their names in Operation Bangladesh to receive benefits in the future when the main project “Shaker Global Poverty Reduction” starts. This main project is delayed because of the crimes Samia Islam Farzana and her Bangladeshi governmental gang committed against the organization. But when it starts, that 100,000-opportunity allocation will be redirected away from the original capacity designated for the people of Bangladesh and reassigned to serve citizens of other nations.

It is important to note that at this moment, only 5 seats have been assigned in Bangladesh out of the original 5,000,000 planned capacity.

SISP Preparing a Global Warning About Bangladesh Scam Trap & Its Injustice System

SISP also considers it a responsibility to help raise awareness internationally regarding the risks that foreign individuals, organizations, and international businesses may face when dealing with fraudulent actors, financial misconduct, or organized scam networks operating in Bangladesh under the protection of law and order.

According to M. Shaker, Founder of SISP, the organization is preparing a large-scale international warning and notice intended for all diplomatic missions, embassies, and international business communities connected to Bangladesh, encouraging heightened caution, due diligence, and awareness. A mass email will be sent to all diplomatic missions located in Bangladesh next week and in the weeks after.

The organization states that many foreign individuals and businesses may not fully appreciate the operational risks, legal uncertainties, and challenges they could face if disputes, fraud allegations, or criminal matters arise while operating in Bangladesh.

SISP states that its objective is to help prevent innocent individuals, organizations, and businesses from falling into similar situations and to encourage greater international attention toward accountability, transparency, investor protection, and safeguards against fraud and organized criminal activity in Bangladesh. SISP sent a mass email to 120 diplomatic missions in Bangladesh a few months ago, warning them about an organized crime organization operating under the protection of the law in Bangladesh. For every email that we sent to an embassy, we direct the email to the ambassador of the embassy by name, and we CC more than 5 officials of the government of Bangladesh, including:

1- Office of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bangladesh

2- At least four ministers' assistance in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bangladesh
SISP is also preparing to issue a similar international warning to approximately 250 international NGOs currently operating in Bangladesh, one by one, by email, and to their offices in Bangladesh.

According to the organization, the purpose of this notice is to raise awareness regarding the serious operational, legal, and security concerns that foreign humanitarian organizations, aid groups, and nonprofit entities may face while working in Bangladesh.

The organization states that international NGOs and foreign humanitarian workers must fully understand the potential risks posed by fraud networks, financial misconduct, weak accountability mechanisms, and broader challenges to justice and legal protection in Bangladesh.

SISP states that the international community deserves transparency, awareness, and caution so that other organizations and innocent individuals do not face similar situations.
