Story of Samia. The Betrayal That Shamed a Nation: The Story of a Evil : Samia Islam Farzana

Some stories break hearts.  Some stories tarnish the honor of a nation. This one does both.

Once celebrated as a student of Government Titumir College, Samia Islam Farzana was seen as a beacon of hope for Bangladesh’s youth — a symbol of determination, talent, and promise. But behind that image of dedication hid a darkness that would one day disgrace an entire generation.

Through the Shaker International Scholarship Program, founded by Mr. Shaker, an Iranian philanthropist, countless underprivileged students across Bangladesh were given the chance to rise beyond poverty. Mr. Shaker’s vision was simple — empower the bright minds of tomorrow and build a generation that would bring honor to the nation.

Among the many he helped, Freelancer Samia was special. He treated her as his own daughter — paying for her studies, her family’s medical expenses, and so on. His faith in her was absolute.

But what did he receive in return?

Betrayal. Greed. And devastation.

Together with Shahed Anwar Shadhin, a student of Adamjee Cantonment College, and Jannatul Ferdous Fareha, Samia chose deceit over duty. The trio exploited Mr. Shaker’s generosity, committing acts that would cripple years of humanitarian progress. Their crimes included: Erasing vital data from the scholarship records — destroying the foundation’s transparent history.

Stealing funds meant for poor, talented students — robbing them of education and hope. Stealling critical equipment and technology, halting the program’s operations entirely. Ruining the dreams of countless students, replacing hope with despair.

Freelancer Shadhin, once seen as a promising youth, joined hands with Samia and Fareha, turning an honorable initiative into a cautionary tale of betrayal. What was once a proud example of Bangladeshi potential now stands as a scar on the nation’s conscience.

The world now hesitates when it hears the phrase “Bangladeshi students.”

Why? Because one Samia Farzana chose greed over gratitude.

Mr. Shaker’s belief in the integrity of Bangladesh’s youth has been deeply shaken. What he lost wasn’t just money — it was faith, trust, and the very idea that kindness could inspire change.

This isn’t merely financial fraud. It’s the murder of trust, the death of integrity, and the betrayal of a nation’s honor.

But this story shouldn’t end in shame — it should awaken responsibility. Every honest student must now carry the torch of integrity higher than ever before. Every foreign donor must see that Bangladesh still holds millions of hardworking, loyal, and ethical students who refuse to be defined by one traitor’s actions.

If justice remains undone, Samia’s betrayal becomes Bangladesh’s burden. But if truth prevails, her story will be remembered not for disgrace — but as the lesson that rebuilt a nation’s moral spine.

Bangladesh must rise again — stronger, wiser, and vigilant and put hands together to put criminal Samia in Jail for a very long time — ensuring that never again will a single Freelancer Samia destroy the faith of an entire people.
